Yes. You can clip videos on the free plan. Paid plans add more capacity and remove ads — see the Pricing page for details.

Try processing it again from the editor. If it still fails, send us the video link, your start and end times, and any error message.

Processed files are deleted from our servers shortly after you download them, and undownloaded files are cleared within about an hour.

Sign out and back in first. If the plan still has not changed, contact us with the email on your account and the payment date.
